It’s taken two years, but PLUM PRESERVES IS BACK!!
The very first jam that I created all on my own… back when I lived in San Francisco, we had a black plum tree that was VERY PROLIFIC. No matter what I did, I just couldn’t keep on top of all of those plums. So I figured… I know how to make Peach Preserves… could Plum be that different?
Turns out it was… and it wasn’t. Took a few tweaks over the next couple of years to balance flavors, textures, etc., but now I have a product that I am quite proud of, and to this date, it is my favorite jam to make, and flavor wise, it is my favorite of the bunch… 😀
This is the jam that started it all… my success with this flavor encouraged me to branch out and try my hand at creating other flavors, and flavor combinations, the culmination of which you see on this site.
