Hello Everyone, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
So yes… there IS a new flavor… Introducing… MINT MEDLEY JELLY!! A blend of Spearmint and Peppermint, this BEAUTIFUL jelly is chock full of minty goodness; from homegrown spearmint and peppermint leaves kindly and lovingly donated by two dear friends of mine! This tea is NOT bright green, cause there is nothing artificial in this this jelly; just natural ingredients like mint leaves, raw sugar and honey! I can’t wait for you to try it!
I’ve also done some more restocking — the following flavors are now ‘back on the menu’:
- Champagne Jelly
- Maria’s Jam [Pear & Apple with Brown Sugar and Ginger]
- Peach Bellini Jam
- Peach Melba Jam
For those of you who have requested it, Linzer Torte Jam will be made this coming Sunday, November 27, 2022, and will be available to order again on Monday, November 28, 2022.

Hey Fred! The quality of plums this year SUCKED! I wanted to do Sugar Plum, but couldn’t find enough decent plums to sustain a full batch.. hopefully in 2023! Sugar Plum is one of my favorites! iF you’re liking the flavor component of plum in a jam flavor combination, then might I suggest Ken’s Jam? It also has plum in it, along with a bunch of other flavors, but the overall flavor reminds me a bit of Sugar Plum… just a suggestion… 🙂 Happy New Year to you!!
