Carrot Cake Jam

**FLAGSHIP FLAVOR!**

One of my favorite things to do is experiment with tastes and flavors… During the week, if an idea pops into my mind, I’ll make a note of it, and then over the weekend I’ll shop, then stand in front of the stove and just… play and create!  This flavor is one of my success stories… a success story, based on a dare!  My inspiration?

Well, I make a pretty darn good Carrot Cake.  Recently I made one for a dear friend for his birthday, and while we were devouring a slice with a cup tea, we started to catch up.  When we got around to talking about my jam business, he said that he bet that I couldn’t turn my carrot cake into a jam!

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

The result?  A unique, innovative, and tasty jam that re-imagines a favorite dessert into a jar of jam! If it’s in your favorite slice of carrot cake, then it’s in this jar [except for the raisins and nuts! ? ]  You will wonder why you never tried it before!!
