Holiday Jam [Cranberry, Strawberry, Blueberry & Clementine, with Holiday Spices]

HAPPY HOLIDAYS…

Throughout the year, I experiment and brainstorm new flavors of jams and preserves to add to my offerings, and I take particular joy in coming up with fun and inventive flavor medleys for the holiday season; there are so many wonderful flavors associated with the winter holidays… and this year, I wanted something particularly fun…

This year’s featured holiday flavor comes courtesy of a past trip to Amish Country while visiting my In-Laws a few years ago… I fell in love with a Christmas Jam that I tasted in one of their open air markets, and I’ve been playing around with developing my own blend of flavors for “Ken’s Holiday Jam”; and this year, I hit upon the winning combination!!

Cranberry, Strawberry, Blueberry and Clementine, with a splash of Vanilla, and a kiss of Holiday Spice; I really love it, and I think you will too… Why not give it a try today!!  Go on… you know you want to… 🙂
