**FLAGSHIP FLAVOR!**
Years ago, when I lived in San Francisco, we had a VERY PROLIFIC plum tree, and try as I might, between baking, and juicing, eating them straight off the tree, and sharing with friends, I just couldn’t keep ahead of all of those plums. Then a thought came to me; I knew how to make Peach Preserves; surely Plum can’t be much different?
Well… it is, and it isn’t. Over the next couple of years, I tweaked the recipe until I finally hit upon the perfect combination of fruity sweetness, tart goodness, and it is just full of flavor!
This is the jam that started it all for me; once I got comfortable exploring things with this jam, it freed me up to do more experimentation, the result of which can be found on this site — enjoy!!
