This marmalade… this SCRUMPTIOUS marmalade, was made two days after I made the Twisted Pepper Jelly… you’re welcome! 😀
In short, I was on a ‘blending’ high… I was really happy with how the Pepper Jelly turned out, and I was reading through my emails… the most recent flavor I had sell out was my Lime Marmalade; a fan favorite, and standard go to for me, since I have a lime tree in my backyard that produces heavily, and those limes have the most glorious flavor when allowed to fully ripen — anyway, I digress… In a desire to ‘step it up’; I took a trip through a local Farmer’s Market – a favorite thing to do, and blown away by all of the citrus I was finding, I decided… TO COMBINE IT ALL!
Yes — that’s right! Grapefruit [Pink — I think it’s a little sweeter, plus I wanted the color boost from it and the blood oranges!], Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Pomolos, and Tangerines… that’s (6) different citrus fruits!! If they would have had kumquats available, it would have been seven!! 🙂 Such a wonderfully complex marmalade — and it is quite beautiful in the jar… So freaking proud of this one!

Like the Blueberry Jam, this is also so freakin’ good!! This turns the traditional Orange Marmalade on it’s head, and kicks it to the curb! Another winner!! I guess I have to try more flavors! I better get some Keto bread!

Please please please make more of this! It’s our absolute favorite and my partner loves it so much that there’s been a jar with the teeniest bit in our fridge for years because he can’t bear to see it go. Help me make his dreams come true by surprising him with a new jar. Or a case!!
