Passionfruit & Pineapple Jam

This flavor came into being thanks to a happy accident…

As I was developing different flavor combinations for my Homage Series, there was a flavor for one of my Grandmothers that utilizes an array of tropical fruits… I am quite happy with what I developed for her [due to be released in August, 2023], but one of the flavor combinations was too good to just let languish on the development shelves… so I’m releasing it!

Introducing Pineapple/Passionfruit Jam — simple combination of ingredients, that blend beautifully; truly tropical sunshine in a jar!!
